Policy and Agreement – Material Submitted for Consideration

1. I understand and acknowledge that MOZUS Productions can review the material I am submitting for the purpose of deciding whether or not it will have me take part in a project.
    
2. I understand and acknowledge that MOZUS Productions receives numerous proposals and that it is constantly developing new ideas and that as such, it is feasible that some of these ideas may be similar to the ones put forth in my proposal. I understand that MOZUS Productions retains all exclusive rights to the material I have submitted.
    
3. I acknowledge that there is no confidential relationship between MOZUS Productions and myself.
    
4. I acknowledge owning all the rights pertaining to the material I have submitted, and as such, have the right to submit it.
    
5. I understand that MOZUS Productions will not intentionally use the material I have submitted unless MOZUS Productions and I enter into a written agreement. Without such written agreement, MOZUS Productions has no obligation whatsoever toward myself and is not required to pay me any sum of money or offer any other form of compensation.
    
6. No material will be returned to me.
    
7. I authorize MOZUS Productions, its employees or agents the right to review my material and to make copies of this material as required.
    
8. I relieve MOZUS Productions of any and all responsibilities and confirm that no representation has been made to myself other than those contained in this document.
    
9. I hereby renounce all rights to take any legal action whatsoever against MOZUS Productions, its employees and agents and any of its affiliates with regards to any material submitted, included but not limited to copyright violation or any other type of breach of confidentiality.
